"I went there specifically for the kids meal, I just love the unlimited ice cream, but they were out The person I was with accidentally spilled half their drink as soon as they got it and the staff were so sweet, they replaced it for him. Overall the staff was super friendly and nice! Great vibes. I got a burger with some sort of pineapple salsa on it, it was brilliant. I loved the sweetness the pineapple added to the spice of the burger, I’ll defo be having that again."

"Great lunchtime visit today, myself and my two daughters. A long note from me-food was good, environment as decent as can be for a period so busy, but I had to share the highlight of our visit and reason for returning to this specific branch in all of Brum would be the incredible Hostess! I believe it was Leila?-The dark haired, dazzling young lady in red. Needs a name tag! I work in Management thus know the weight of recognition; In no Nando’s (of many) have I ever encountered a worker alike. Such warmth and kindness as well as clear direction in how the process works-a true smile each time she passed our table as well as lovely genuine conversation, a great welcome and goodbye. Felt the need to leave a first review as she impacted our day so much so we have talked about this experience into our evening-my girls want to come back asap. That’s a host who cares about customer experience, and I hope this is vastly rewarded!"

"Busy with a queue at 2:45pm but expected for a Saturday! Was told 20 min wait but was only about 10 minutes and was quickly seated. Once ordered food took about 10/15 mins to come so great overall! Had veggie options today - still delicious. Can’t go wrong with a Nando’s"

"We were served by a very sweet waitress, I believe her name was Mia, she was very helpful and cheery. The chicken was perfect and I loved the spice! The fries could've been better but it was a great quick dinner on my vacation. I would definitely come again next time I'm in town!"
